From Milan to the Maldives: The journey begins at Milan Malpensa, with the thrill of departing for one of the world’s most dreamed-of destinations. After a long intercontinental flight, Bakayoko family lands in Malé, the capital of the Maldives. Awaiting them is a special transfer: a seaplane soaring over the turquoise ocean, offering breathtaking views of the islands and atolls.

Arrival at Dhuni Kolhu: Landing on the Baa Atoll is a magical moment: the seaplane touches the water and the family is welcomed with a Maldivian smile. The island of Dhuni Kolhu is a green paradise, where villas blend seamlessly with nature, among palm trees, white beaches, and a crystal-clear lagoon. In their Sunset Beach Villa, Moussa, Lorella, and Amy immediately breathe in the scent of the sea and the feeling of absolute peace.

Life on the Island: The days flow between relaxation and discovery. In the morning, long walks on the soft white sand; in the afternoon, snorkeling among colorful corals and tropical fish; in the evening, unforgettable dinners under the stars at the resort’s restaurants.

An unforgettable highlight was the sea excursion to spot dolphins: hundreds of them swimming freely in the ocean, leaping through the waves and gifting the Bakayoko family with an emotional spectacle.

Amy’s journey begins in San Francisco, a cosmopolitan and fascinating city. After a long intercontinental flight and airport checks, the group reaches the hotel. Here, among modern rooms, a gym, and a heated pool, there is also the silent protection of amiCO, always by her side to guard against the invisible risk of carbon monoxide.

The discovery of the city starts at Golden Gate Park, with its botanical gardens and the Japanese Tea Garden, continuing through the colors of Haight Ashbury and the prestigious Stanford University. In the heart of the city, Amy visits the Painted Ladies, Union Square, historic Maiden Lane, and the Flood Building, a symbol of San Francisco’s resilience.

After a stop in Chinatown, with its fortune cookie factory, it is time to admire the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, walk down steep Lombard Street, and enjoy a hot chocolate at Ghirardelli Square. The day ends at Pier 39, among sea lions and a view of Alcatraz. At every stage, while Amy is captivated by the city’s energy, amiCO remains her silent ally: small, lightweight, yet essential to ensuring her peace of mind.

Leaving San Francisco behind, the journey continues into Silicon Valley, cradle of global technological innovation. The first stop is the Google Plex in Mountain View, with its Visitor Center and futuristic spaces. Then on to Cupertino, at the heart of the Apple Park, with the visionary “Spaceship” designed by Steve Jobs. Finally, a stop at Westfield Mall, between shopping and relaxation.

Arriving in Los Angeles, Amy and her group are welcomed into a university campus: an international environment with over 400 students, classrooms, a dining hall styled like a 1950s American diner, and sports facilities. Days begin with English lessons and continue with cultural activities, always under the discreet protection of amiCO, present in every room to ensure the safety and peace of mind of students and teachers alike.

In Los Angeles, the program alternates between lessons and unforgettable excursions. Amy visits the Getty Museum, the lively Farmers Market, the Griffith Observatory with breathtaking views of the Hollywood Sign, the California Science Center with its displayed Shuttle, and spends a magical evening with bonfires and s’mores at Huntington Beach.

The grand finale takes Amy to Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive and the Sunset Strip, and finally to Hollywood Boulevard with the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater, and the Dolby Theater. The experience ends with the Graduation Ceremony and the Farewell Party, a goodbye full of emotions and new friendships.

Abidjan, often called the “Paris of West Africa“, is a vibrant city full of fascinating contrasts, from the modern skyscrapers of the Plateau to the lively streets of Cocody, and the charming lagoon views. amiCO, always at travelers’ side, provided safety and peace of mind by monitoring carbon monoxide levels in real-time, allowing our colleagues to move confidently throughout the city.

From the modern metropolis of Riyadh to the ancient roads leading to Mecca, Saudi Arabia is a bridge between innovation and tradition. Here, amidst boundless deserts and futuristic skyscrapers, amiCO arrives to guarantee safety and reliability in a booming market.
Our journey took us to the heart of a country where oases are essential to daily life and Arabian cardamom coffee is a symbol of hospitality. While Kabsa, a typical dish of spiced rice and meat, represents the local culinary wealth.

In january amico went on a trip to New York with Greta and Riccardo to see the christmas lights of the big apple shine, reflected on the countless open-air ice skating rink, in Central Park.
In New York AmiCO saw Time Square, the main square of NY, with its bright and colorful advertising billboards, and the sparkling lights of the shops. They went to Little Italy, the place where the first immigrants of the beautiful country settled. Today there are still “friends”, “Da Gennaro”, restaurants for good food and the smell of pizza and arancini still pervades the streets. In the evening Greta and Riccardo with AmiCO watched the Broadway Musical MJ dedicated to Michael Jackson, music and rhythm typical of the city. They boarded to see the Lady Liberty up to the port of Liberty Island, among snow and wind, the Brooklyn Bridge in the background is an enchantment.
The Brooklyn Bridge has been a symbol of New York walks for 125 years. They were moved at the 9/11 memorial dedicated to the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attack september 2001 and here they laid down a white rose. Then they sweetened at the Pink Mass, the ice cream museum, between slides and pools where they can sink in the sweetness of the most special ice cream.
To finish in beauty with a view of the metropolis that never sleeps from the Manhattan Skyscraper One Vanderbil, with the summit observatory, between games of mirrors, lights, balloons and transparent surfaces.

In this scenario, we had the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience at Gitex in Dubai – the most important technological event in the Middle East – accompanied by our faithful AmiCO. The luxury of Dubai is reflected in its futuristic architecture, but everywhere there is an essence of calm and serenity. With AmiCO, we explored the fascinating contrast between modernity and timeless tradition with the peace of mind of always having control over our safety.

The geometry of the Pyramids, the eternal gaze of the Sphinx in contemplation of the colours of the Nile and the noisy sounds of Cairo form the backdrop to the journey Beinat undertook to meet his Egyptian partners. It is an eternal imagination, Egypt, and amiCO, our small carbon monoxide detector, with its typical lunar shape seems to integrate perfectly here, where history and legend meet, and it is reassuring.

The sea is crystal, at the foot of the Saraceno village. Here emerges the charm of a place that smells of enchantment, where tranquility embraces worldliness, without noise, with the delicacy of a watercolor. Having amiCO, in this fairytale place, to preserve in small soft steps the serenity of a VIP holiday, always makes you feel safe.

This is an enchanted place: there is the wind that never ceases to blow, to slip through the streets of the city and the villages perched on the medieval hills. A city with a millenary history, which lives in symbiosis with the sea: the Cimadevilla was a fishing village, while the hill of Santa Catalina, with a medieval flavor, slopes down towards the sea where the skyscrapers and the tourist port give a contemporary imprint to the beaches.
Speaking of flavour, the sea is also the protagonist here at the table, between the Bacalao de Asturias and the famous Cantabrian anchovies, without forgetting the sweet Carbayones.
And from Playa De San Lorenzo, a golden expanse towards the deep blue of the Cantabrian, AmiCO has dreamed of being able to explore new worlds!

Romantic with its soft lights, full of bikes, with that touch of liveliness that makes it truly unique.
Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark and the ideal gateway to the Scandinavian world, lives in an atmosphere full of Hygge (a Danish word that describes a feeling of warmth and familiarity). And who is able to give warmth and familiarity more than an AmiCO!
Our portable carbon monoxide detector has also protected us in this beautiful city: in the shimmering gardens of Tivoli, where even adults return children, among the colorful houses that make a postcard the Nyhavan Canal, in front of the melancholy Little Mermaid, inspired by the famous tale of the Danish Hans Christian Andersen.

Romantic and sophisticated, Paris is a city of timeless charm. Some of its monuments are among the most famous (and visited) in the world, and Parisian elegance is a true paradigm.  This is also why our Silvia Caroline has visited her “showing off” the silver version of AmiCO, whose soft shapes make the pair with the Arc de Triomphe, with a colour reminiscent of that of the most iconic steel tower in history, the Eiffel Tower.
